Doctrine
2 Timothy 3:16 — All Scripture is given by
inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for
reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
Ephesians 4:14 — that we should no longer be children,
tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine,
by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful
plotting,
2 Timothy 4:2-3 — Preach the word! Be ready in season
and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all
longsuffering and teaching. For the time will come when they
will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own
desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap
up for themselves teachers;
Titus 1:9 — holding fast the faithful word as he has been
taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort
and convict those who contradict. |
